What do I need to do?
To become a Friend of Chorleywood Music all you need to do is complete the application and standing order form and return it to us at the address shown. Please also set up a standing order directly with your bank using our bank details (supplied in the application form).
By setting up this regular donation you will be automatically enrolled onto our CWM Friends programme.
