News in brief

The orchestra is busy rehearsing for concerts in December and January, mainly under the baton of our assistant conductor, Ryan Bunce. At the moment we are focussing on music by Rimsky-Korsakov, Mussorgsky and shortly, Howard Blake.
We are also getting ready to launch our annual Rickmansworth Young Musician of the Year competition. This year we have the support of Richard Lawson Pianos, Herts County Council and St James’s Place. The final of the 2024 event will take place in March in front of an invited audience. Details of how to apply for tickets will be available soon.
